Our online counseling provides a 100% private and secure mental health treatment option using the internet. This can be done using a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone- any device with access to the web. Online counseling can be a comfortable and convenient way to allow yourself the opportunity to speak with your therapist in a familiar and private setting.

What to expect:
• 45-50 minute therapy session with counselor
• Completed from a quiet and secure location in the comfort of your home
• Will need stable internet/wifi connection

Nature Based Counseling
For those who are burned out with traditional in-office talk therapy and/or the virtual world we have been living in, we offer adventure based and nature based approaches. Adventure based therapy is the use of experience based activities that provides an engaging way to promote growth and change in counseling. Nature based therapy is the use of outdoor/community settings to promote growth and change in counseling *Weather and Location dependant
