What services do you offer?

We offer Individual Therapy and Couple's Therapy via teletherapy and adventure/nature based.

What Insurance do you take?

At this time we are accepting private pay and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). If you'd like to take advantage of your "out of network" benefits and seek reimbursement from your insurance company I can provide a "super bill" which you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance company.

How can I get started?

I believe that counseling is a deeply personal experience that requires connection and trust. Finding a therapist that is a good fit is incredibly importation to your journey.
